The great Beres Hammond is honoured by the venerable Penthouse Records and a large collective of his peers and admirers alike on the forthcoming 'Our Favourite Beres Hammond Songs'.
This big double-disc project is set to have full on and straight forward covers of some of Hammond's biggest hits to date from, likewise, some of the biggest names of all kinds reggae has to offer.
Earlier this year, one of the Dancehall's most inventive stars, Busy Signal, tackled 'Tempted To Touch' as the very first single from this project and Busy is joined by a stellar cast which features the likes of Jah Cure, Tarrus Riley, Alaine, Romain Virgo, Nadine Sutherland, Marcia Griffiths and even Beres Hammond, himself.
The most interesting 'Our Favourite Beres Hammond Songs' is set to release by VP Records on April 26th.

Finally, after some 7 years, a major update has been done to my 'Beres Hammond's Harmony House Silekshan'. A lot of records, albums and (disco)singles have been added. Too many to list on this page, so I suggest you just browse through the whole thing.

A few things you should know:

This is not a complete discography. In fact, as I write this, there are still some singles that need to be added.

All records/cd's shown in this discography are a compilation of my own collection, Henrik's collection, and items that were found on the internet.

I've tried to mention as many riddims as possible, though you will have to realize that I usually do not refer to original riddims, but to 'harmony house' riddims. If you want to know more about each riddim, I suggest you try your luck at Reggae-Riddims

I've also listed all Zap Pow productions that I came across and with the help of the 'Observer Station' I have been able to make it an even more interesting selection. Note that not all Zap Pow produtions are Beres related.

The site is still under construction and will probably always be. If you think you have something in your own collection that should be added to this discography, then feel free to email me.

One more thing: I do not sell any of the records mentioned in this Harmony House Silekshan, except for a few non-Beres items. All records I sell are listed here.
